How do you ship your orders?
Merchandise in stock is shipped within next business day via UPS ground, unless otherwise specified. Once any merchandise leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for the delay of any freight carrier.

Do you ship orders outside the US?
At this time we do not ship outside of the U.S.

What if an item is out of stock?
Although every attempt is made to offer products that are currently in stock, we may go out of stock on certain items from time to time. In such a case, you will be notified by e-mail and we will ship the portion of your order that is in stock. The items that are not in stock will be cancelled from your order and you will not be charged for those items. Please check back as these items may come back in stock at a later time.

What does (Preorder Only) mean?
These are items that are not in stock yet and are available to preorder. This means that you can place your order and we will ship these items to you as soon as we do get them in stock.

Can I return an Item?
All returns must have a Return Authorization Number issued by our company within five (5) days after receipt of the merchandise. All returns must be returned within fifteen (15) days of the authorization date. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please check all merchandise before decorating. We will not accept printed, embroidered, or altered merchandise. We will not accept returns for orders past thirty (30) days.
